Sources Policy

Every substantive page should make its evidence clear enough that you can decide how much confidence to place in it.

Where our information comes from

  • Official channels first: the game website, Steam listing, Discord, YouTube, and published announcements.
  • Published reviews and previews are useful for observations about mechanics, but they are labeled as secondary research.
  • Community map snapshots can provide route evidence when their scope and collection date are known.
  • In-game verification is preferred for finalizing mechanics, edge cases, and completion details.

Verification and dating

Guides and news notes list their sources and show when they were last researched or updated. Database records distinguish confirmed facts from pending observations. A code is marked verified only when an official source supports both the code and its reward.

Uncertainty

When information cannot be confirmed, we say “pending verification,” move the record into draft coverage, or omit it entirely. Forum rumors, invented stats, and YouTube speculation are not treated as established game facts.
